With the ability to increase the unit’s memory to 32GB, NVMe storage volumes and 10GbE ethernet capability Synology have successfully future proofed the DS723+. This needs to be said in every single video about any new Synology NAS as this is extremely anti consumer I was looking forward to this NAS, or the 923+. Reading this there is no gpu in both of them, a better option would be the 720 or 920. Does their own DS video station app need transcoding?
