About this deal

is the only LEGO set (so far) in which they appear, so the attractiveness of the set is magnified even further. Battle Droid conflicts from Star Wars: The Clone Wars with this awesome Armored Assault Tank (AAT) LEGO building toy for kids (75283).

crystal clear Perspex® display case, assembled with our uniquely designed screws and connector cubes, allowing you to easily secure the case together. But I think we will all agree anyway to conclude that the AAT is here only to serve as a pretext to sell us a new version of Ahsoka Tano and provide us with a Clone Trooper of the 332nd. The Clone Trooper sports the special print on his helmet from the 332nd Company of the 501st Legion seen in the same episodes of the TV series (we won’t discuss actual plot points here).I’m not clear what you are having difficulty with, but the central nub with the pin hole on the underside of the round plate needs to be pressed firmly into the turntable element installed in step 37 (page 35). In my world figures are nice, but parts that expand my portfolio are better, so let’s have a look at that as well. We're currently in the process of updating our photography to include the set, but we can assure you that it will fit perfectly in the display case and will feature all minifigures if the set has them.

Comparing the new tank to the old model from 2009 (8018 Armored Assault Tank) it's clear you got more bang for your buck with old version. I think they were too bent on making the cannon movable and then ran into trouble getting enough stability in there, so they had to make things bigger. This 286-piece construction toy makes a great holiday gift and offers a fun, rewarding building challenge for boys and girls aged 7+.Purchasing from the above links may result in a commission being paid to Rebrickable, but at no extra cost to you. A significant change is that the 2009 AAT had a much bigger cockpit, which could turn into a speeder (pictured). The build itself is fun, fairly small but enjoyable and the tank looks much nicer than I'd expected. The Separatist AAT first appeared in The Phantom Menace and has been depicted at this scale four times, going all the way back to 7155 twenty years ago in 2000 (a truly well-designed set for the time).
