About this deal

With BNPL services, you pay the first instalment when you check out and the remaining amount is gradually paid back over several months/weeks interest-free. The apple and grape notes just didn't feel juicy or pleasant at all, they were just a little stomach-turny. I think this needs to be sprayed on skin to really show all its facets, on a paper blotter it feels a little flat, but on me it's multidimensional and mouthwatering. Compared to Nobile La Danza de Libelulle I find Casablanca bolder and rougher, but also much more exciting and not as simple. Could also fit any other city, as it is a sweet fragrance without reference to the capital of Morocco.

simple, I think, but, man, this perfume is still just love-ly, and it lasts on the skin a very long time. Other than that, I don't think it actually smells like Roses Vanille, which I'm happy about because that one isn't a favorite. Casablanca is an oriental gourmand kind of fragrance, it definitely shares some similarities to Golden Sand by Al Rehab, just a brighter opening IMO. I could definitely smell the grapes and iris, too, but the warm caramel and ambery notes start to intensify during the drydown, and it really does smell very much like a candied apple or a fresh apple pie.

just really stunning, the opening is fruity and fresh, then it slowly gets more bright and loud but in a good way, you can feel how the caramel and the amber show themselves in the most beautiful way. Oriental notes like amber, woods and I would swear there's also a spiced rose in here makeup the background, I think this is more of an extremely sweet gourmand-leaning Oriental than a straight-up gourmand imo, it has a lot of complexity. This is also my bedtime perfume, lasted for a good 8 hours on my skin, at par with La Belle Le Parfum and Armani Si Intense. I have loved Joop’s all about Eve for so long and Swiss Arabian Casablanca reminds me of it a little bit (top of the scent at least). First Instinct is a masculine irresistible contrast of freshness and warmth, as exciting as the feeling of a first glance.

shaking the bottle before use, I'm not too sure why, but I always seem to get that very strong alcohol/nail polish smell at first if I don't shake it. To my nose it is not nearly as sweet as described by many except for the initial blast which is caramel apple juice. I had been watching the snow fall outside of my window for three months, at times blowing horizontally on winds wailing down from the Polar Vortex. We are not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorised, or sponsored by any trademark holder referenced or unreferenced herein. I really love that frangrance for spring and summer, so I think I will really enjoy Casablanca for fall and Winter. This is currently one of my signature scents (with Armani Si Intense), my husband also love this scent on me. but could be sweetened up with something else; maybe Vanilla 28, Hundred Silent Ways, or Cheriosa 62 or 71 (not sure which, I haven't tried yet, but they both have caramel).

An apple note that I don't care for in the bottle but softens down on skin, with the sweetness of honeyed fruit (almost like pineapple) dancing around alongside a rich, straight-up caramel with a slight "burnt"-ness to it. I really smell the juicy green apple in the opening no other fruits it’s sweet as if caramel is drizzled over it sitting in a wood bowl with a smell of suede and musk in the background. The caramel apple pie gourmand scent is real, but it's too cloying with the caramel that somehow turns into a “leather” scent for me. I don't have any other perfume in my collection with the combination of green apple and grapes and this is what makes this perfume so unique!
