Mindful Monsters are a set of activity cards, which give parents a new and exciting way to help their little ones develop important life skills through exploring mindfulness while spending quality time together. Focusing on four key areas, their unique activity cards aim to boost creativity, improve concentration, inspire positivity and aid relaxation. Use the 26 mindfulness scripts to lead students through mindfulness exercises, and give students a chance to reflect on the experience with the included reflection questions. The Amethasaurs, a clan of rock monsters living in the Royal Reef, are known for their distinctive purple colour and their unwavering quality of patience.
