Apply two coats, if using a brush or roller, apply the second coat by brushing or rolling at right-angles to the previous coat at a rate of 4 – 6m2 per litre. Apply the second coat between 3 and 24 hours after the first coat is touch dry

The EasySeal self-adhesive roofing system has been designed to remove the requirement for hot bitumen and or naked flames for anyone installing roofing membranes. EasySeal is a two-layer high performance system, which was originally developed for small roofs, such as those over garages, porches, extensions and dormer windows etc. However, the fire-safe benefits of EasySeal are equally applicable for large projects. Apply generous even coats with a long pile roller to the natural stone at a coverage rate of 4-5m2 per litre. Do not allow the product to pool or the final appearance may not be even in colour on the paving to be enhanced and sealed Manufactured from a polyester base with an SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) bitumen coating, this Easyseal roofing top sheet also features an upper surface with a special finishing of slate mineral. The release film protects the underneath of the sheet and can easily be removed with ease when installing to BS 8217: 2005, 'Code of Practice for Reinforced bitumen membranes for roofing' and IKO fixing guidelines.
