Adjust the magnetic mate proximity through the system options (under performance). Making the proximity smaller will mean that the component must be dragged within closer vicinity of another component for the magnetic mate to snap into position.Bringing our piece close to thestation, which has asingle connection point, a link is made between the connections. Releasing the part will snap thestraight piece to thestation, creating the first magnetic mate.

In the Asset Publisher, we must define the Ground Plane for our component. For this part, that will be the top plane. Next, we must define one of our connection points.
