If your scene contains many reflective objects and/or if the camera zooms in on such a reflective object, Whenever you are out after dark, observe what you can see, and what is hidden until it is near you. Use these observations to make a hypothesis of which “color” will most increase the visibility of a pedestrian. Will one “color” be way more visible from a distance? If so, why do you think this will be the case? The apparent shininess of Metallic objects is also determined by the Roughness value. Low Roughness values produce a shiny Metallic Material and high Roughness values produce a Material that appears less shiny. If you’re using it combined with a transparency map, it will define the maximum opacity, so white areas on said map will appear as opaque as you’ve set using this slider.

When autoflower plants are growing outdoors then they get as much sunlight as they need and it does not matter if they are a few centimeters closer to a light source and if the surrounding environment reflects light. But indoors when growing with artificial light sources every centimeter of distance between a light source and your plants will count and in your grow closet or tent is not reflective some light will be absorbed by those walls and turned into heat but that obviously is not efficient.
