Arc Welding: Several plot points from previous media — the Helmet of Fate, Marduk's defeat of Tiamat, Starro — are all wrapped up into Vandal Savage's life story. Meanwhile, Vandal asks if Luthor can notify the Justice League about the armada, but Luthor says the League may not be an option, because several members resigned and those remaining aren't equipped to deal with the armada.
