Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Our spiced rum is distilled from the finest molasses and infused with a blend of secret spices to create a truly unique and delicious taste.

I know, I've chopped and changed in the last couple of months, I've just been trying to find what works really well for you guys. Only the richest and most flavoursome rums are used its creation, so it's no surprise that it's won a wide array of impressive awards. Soft chamois leather and cedar wood provide a complex backbone alongside a huge dosing of cinnamon, cloves and liquorice. As soon as it hits the side of your mouth, you get all those kinds of salt and peppery spices comes through, a bit of old spice, a bit of cinnamon. However I find the spicing a bit heavy on the cinnamon/cassia bark and slightly medicinal as a result.Palate: Exceedingly thick, mouth-coating palate-entry offering up crystallised peels, Seville orange marmalade and even a hint of blackberry. One word of warning though, one glass will lead to several and before you know it and doctor ableforth has you hooked for life.

Rumbullion is easily in my top 2 spiced rums so it was only a matter of time until I tried this XO version.

They never get beyond the Schweppes brands at all, which is a real shame because this is absolutely delicious. My number two pick is, purely for the fact, I think I'm about to get upset with Coca Cola Schweppes, because I think I've heard on the grapevine, that they have delisted it and I will be a very, very angry man if they have. Our brand is known for its unique flavour profile that features a balance of sweetness, warmth and depth. I can sense a little bit of spice in the background there, but it's vanilla and orange, they are the big two things that come forward. But it is very, very sweet, and this should be taken into account when deploying it as a mixer, baking ingredient, or whatever you use spiced rum for.
