The group went on hiatus in August 2006 and came together again in November 2010, embarking on a tour for the following three years. Of course it'll all depend on your turntable setup, but I'm pretty sure anyone with a half-decent setup will find the same results I have. System of a Down has sold over 40 million records worldwide, and two of their singles, "Aerials" and "Hypnotize", reached number one on Billboard's Alternative Songs chart. This album deserves a 2xLP release from the master tape, or at least an analog source (safety tape, etc).

Also there are some traces of pink vinyl on my white pressing, which makes me think they used the same stampers for all of these unofficial pressings.The band achieved commercial success with the release of five studio albums, three of which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Having songs like Forest so close to the center is a disservice to the album and it deserves to be shown in all it's glory. I somehow knew that it was a unoffical issue, you can see it from the poor cut on the edge of the vinyl, it's sharp!

Over its 40 years in business, PIAS has grown to be one of the largest independently-owned music groups in the world, carving out its own in-house recorded music division PIAS [Recordings]. this album doesn’t have a fantastic mix to begin with, regardless of medium- and this didn’t promise a remix so i’m not disappointed. Several standard black records in my collection don’t hold a candle to the quality of this picture disc. that being said I wasn’t expecting a mind blowing pressing, and it wasn’t any worse than any digital version of this record.Contraband contradictions, concocting contractions conceding to caucasian caucases causing casual conclusions concerning inconclusive karma, masking masochistic mosquito massages in masculine mosques, a must see mosaic ! Voices, and drums sound clear, bass sounds exactly as it should: at times pretty clear, and at times like opaque and bombed. Recorded at Hive Mind Studios in Brooklyn, NY, with the help of producer/arrangers Mike Buckley and Vincent Chiarito (both members of Charles Bradley's Extraordinaires) and crack team of a-list musicians, his upcoming album blends heavy arrangements and introspective lyrics with sophistication, leaving the listener in a blissful wash of wonderment. suite-pee is completely non existent, like the pressing was so messed up where the grooves are all smooshed together, has anyone else happened to get a copy like this?

Quite why it took so long is a mystery, especially with the amount of shitty bootlegs that have been floating around for years. Subtile lyrics, pounding sound and a successful mixture of different music styles from punk to folk to death metal - System Of A Down is just right. Now with a massively successful US tour opening for sweet soul darlings Thee Sacred Souls behind him, 2023 is sure to be a propitious year for Daptone's newest signee. The only good thing I can say about the 2018 presses is that they arrived clean and scuff/scratch free. Anyone who has had the pleasure of seeing Jalen perform live knows that he is one of the most captivating performers on today's soul scene.Over the last few months he has disarmed packed rooms of rowdy concert goers, leaving them silent as they hold fast to every syllable sung. it sounds fine, perhaps slightly more warm and dynamic than digital but not a mind blowing pressing. On the other hand I wound give even more to have SOAD in my collection, so I'd love to have a poster or something.

Brilliant separation, perfect balance of treble, mid and bass, highly detailed, warm and full found. Flat quite pressing for me, sound is not as fatiguing as the cd, I did direct a/b comparisons on an expensive revealing system.

B7 is an unlisted track, although it gets mentioned on the tracklist of the backcover as "Aerials Contains A Hidden Track". Mine says Made in Mexico as well and there weren’t any hype stickers on it as the pictures in Discogs show, but was sealed. The band currently consists of Serj Tankian (lead vocals, keyboards), Daron Malakian (vocals, guitar), Shavo Odadjian (bass, backing vocals) and John Dolmayan (drums).
